The master bedroom is decorated in green and tan tones, featuring a king-size bed, dresser, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower and an expansive vanity. The guest room is styled in shades of blue and green, furnished with a Twin over Full bunk bed and a Twin daybed with a Twin pull-out trundle. For additional sleeping capacity, the large living area contains two plush and comfy couches that convert into a queen-size and a double bed.

While the community offers numerous perks, please note that general amenities are subject to structured availability. The property features include:

• Boat parking (first-come, first-served)
