The second level hosts two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a shared hall bath. The first level provides a fourth queen bedroom and a dedicated bunk sleeping area featuring a full bed and a twin/twin trundle, perfect for children or extra guests.

Living spaces are crafted for togetherness, featuring a fully stocked open kitchen adjacent to a living room with three cozy couches. For those who want their own space, televisions are conveniently located on all three levels. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with Adirondack chairs on the second-story patios and a downstairs grilling area for family gatherings.

To book this property, you must be at least 25 years old, with ID verification required at check-in. Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles with access to the right side of the garage only; parking on the grass or street is prohibited. Boat parking is permitted only in the driveway, and ATVs or RVs are strictly forbidden per HOA rules. Pets are welcome (up to two potty-trained pets under 60 lbs each) for a fee of $95 per pet. Please note that outdoor cameras are present at the entrance for security.
