The 2 bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, with a full bed in the guest room and a queen bed in the master. The shared bathroom features double vanities, making it easy for everyone to get ready. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer tucked neatly in the bathroom. Take advantage of the community amenities, including a large shared pool and hot tub, charcoal grills, a sport court with tennis, pickleball, and basketball, and a rinse station. The Marina and Ferry are within walking distance, and the beach is just 1.3 miles away. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles from your door.
