The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed: the second floor hosts the primary bedroom with a King bed and 50" Smart TV, along with three additional bedrooms featuring Queen beds (two of which include 42" Smart TVs). On the first floor, a fifth bedroom offers two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds. For parties exceeding 12, air mattresses and linens are available.

Beyond the bedrooms, the home is an entertainment haven. The garage has been converted into a dedicated game and cinema room—a curated enclave for leisure featuring plush seating and premium audiovisual equipment (note: cinema AC is currently out of service and fans are provided). The living room is equally impressive with a 65" Smart TV, while the fully loaded kitchen—complete with a breakfast nook, bar area, and large dining table—is ready for gourmet meal prep.
