The second floor features an open living room and a well-equipped kitchen, along with a guest bedroom featuring a queen bed and a full bath. Upstairs on the third floor, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and an additional guest room equipped with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A highlight of the home is the spacious balcony off the living area, which provides outdoor seating and stellar beach views.

• Minimum stay: 2-3 nights
• Age Requirement: Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old and provide a signed rental agreement and driver's license.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly rental (maximum 3 pets). A fee of $100+tax per pet per stay applies, plus a $25+tax pet-cleaning fee.
• Parking: Space for two medium-sized vehicles is provided. No street parking, grass parking, or blocking of common drives is permitted. Larger vehicles (RVs, boats, trailers, or vehicles over 1 ton) must use the approved overflow parking located to the right of the gate. No garage access is available.
• Payment: Klarna or Affirm payments are not accepted.
