• Guest Requirements: Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old; a signed rental agreement and driver's license are required.
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly rental (maximum 3 pets). A fee of $100 + tax per pet, per stay, applies, along with a $25 + tax pet-cleaning fee per stay.
• Parking: Maximum of 2 medium-sized vehicles per unit. No street parking or blocking common drives. Larger vehicles (boats, RVs, trailers, or vehicles over 1 ton) must use the approved overflow parking located to the right of the gate.
• Note: Due to the unique coastal environment, cable and Wi-Fi service can be unreliable; no refunds are provided for service disruptions.
