Sleeping Arrangements The home features 6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. On the first floor, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, sofa bed, a 55" Smart TV, and a private full bathroom. A second first-floor bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed. The second floor houses four additional bedrooms: three featuring queen beds (one with a 55" Smart TV) and a sixth bedroom equipped with two queen beds. The bathrooms include the private primary full bath, a shared first-floor half bath, and a full bathroom on the second floor.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Self-check-in is provided. House-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Please note that there is an additional nightly fee of $39 per guest for every guest beyond the first six. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property ($500 violation fee), and parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras are active 24/7 for your safety. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

1. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.
2. Check-out time is at 10 a.m. max.
3. We must be informed of the total number of guests spending the night and if there will be other guests visiting the property during your stay.
4. Unregistered guests are not allowed. Extra guests spending the night that are not accounted for could generate extra fees.
5. No parties or events of any kind are allowed on the property.
6. We must be informed of all the cars that will be coming for your reservation.
7. All cars must be parked in the property's garage and/or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden.
8. No smoking is allowed indoors. If a guest smokes indoors the monetary penalty will depend on the severity of the incident.
9. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed. Please make sure all cigarette butts are thrown in the trash.
10. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property.
11. Garbage is picked up by the city on certain days. We will let you know the night before so you can leave the trash out from 7 p.m. onwards, ready for pick-up at 7 a.m. the next day.
12. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee of $150 USD per pet per stay, before fees and taxes. The number of pets you bring must be discussed and authorized by us in advance.
13. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
14. Any violation of our house rules could cost part of or the entire security deposit (plus penalty fees if applicable) and even the non-refundable cancellation of the reservation, depending on the severity of the violation.
15. No weapons of any kind are permitted on the property, including firearms, ammunition, air guns, tasers and explosives. Violation will result in immediate cancellation without refund and may be reported to local authorities.
