Smoking is NOT allowed on the premises.

Drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited. Firearms are not allowed on the premises.

People other than those in the Guest itinerary may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person in the property not on the reservation is the sole responsibility of the Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the online itinerary. Any guest beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $75/guest per night. I reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

If you plan to party, do not book this cabin - this is our home and we expect it to be treated with respect. As such, any additional fees required to clean up in the event of littering/smoking/excessive mess will be charged back to the Guest.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises.

The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order, removing any items from the property including living and kitchen furnishings is not permitted.

PLEASE ENSURE TO COVER THE OUTDOOR FIREPIT AFTER USE.

Only use appliances for their intended purpose.

Pets ARE NOT allowed.

Propane tanks are provided which you can refill at your own cost.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.

We do not refund for trip cancellations due to flight cancellation, weather conditions or acts of God. We recommend guests purchase trip insurance.

Any damage to any items in the property including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, game systems, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, mattresses, etc. are the responsibility of the Guest. Every item will be reviewed before and after your arrival and departure. If you are the cause of damage to property, notify the owner immediately.

Damage will incur charges for any and all replacements and repairs (normal wear and tear is not considered as a part of this statement).

If the propane tank becomes empty during your stay, you are welcome to refill it at your own cost. Refill stations are typically available at nearby gas stations, grocery stores, or hardware stores.

• SWIMMING POOL RULES - ---> Our pool is not fenced ---> Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries --->Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water. --->No one should swim alone. This includes grown-ups! --->Designate an adult to be responsible for watching children in pools during parties, and rotate shifts. Have them wear a special shirt, hat or badge so that others know not to interrupt this person while on duty. --->No food, drinks or glass inside the pool --->No running, pushing or dangerous horseplay around the pool

CHECK-IN is at 4 pm. CHECK-OUT is at 10 am. Very rare may modifications be made to check in/check-out times and is at the sole discretion of the host. If you arrive to the property and the cleaning team is not yet finished, please provide them courtesy to finish their job. Some days there is more to clean than others and they are working their hardest to ensure it is safe for you. We are following all COVID-related cleaning regulations. For this reason, you may not under any circumstances enter the home while the cleaners are still at the cabin.

It is assumed by confirming a reservation that these rules have been read and acknowledged. Failure to comply with the above rules will result in additional charges.
