Welcome to Putter's Paradise, a beautiful Golf Villa located right at the 18th tee box in Laguna Vista, Texas! This fabulous villa is designed as a relaxing tropical getaway, fully furnished with all the luxuries of home so you can pack light and enjoy your stay.

Sleeping arrangements are perfectly configured for groups and families, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 beds across 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a 48" TV for nighttime viewing, while the second bedroom contains a queen bed and the third bedroom features twin beds. The bathrooms are well-appointed, including a 5-piece primary bath and a full second bath, both stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer.

The living space is open and inviting, with plenty of seating for gatherings and a 52" flat screen TV. The stocked kitchen boasts granite countertops, a microwave, a large refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and an electric stove. For your convenience, there is a filtered water tap and a hot drink station featuring a Dual Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods, ground coffee, tea, and creamers. A dining table with seating for 6 provides a great spot for the various board and card games provided.

Outside, you can sit back and relax on the screened-in porch facing the 18th tee box, making it a fun spot to wave at golfers or sip morning coffee while watching the sunrise. A gas grill is available for those in the mood for outdoor cooking. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer with pods and softener sheets, as well as beach and pool gear such as lawn chairs, coolers, beach bags, noodles, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Located within a quiet, relaxing gated community, guests enjoy access to two swimming pools, a tennis court, fitness room, clubhouse, and onsite dining. An 18-hole professional PGA golf course is also available (with fee). The villa is ideally positioned 5 miles from Port Isabel, 12 miles from South Padre Island, and 25 miles from Mexico. Nearby attractions include dolphin watching, fishing, parasailing, horseback riding, and a wildlife preserve.
