The Lakehouse offers comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 13 guests. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, sofa sleeper, and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. Two additional king-sized bedrooms, a queen-sized bedroom, and a room with three twin beds provide ample space for everyone to rest. Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets on the expansive covered deck, which offers unobstructed views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island and dining table for 8, perfect for preparing and sharing meals together. Unwind in the media room with a 70-inch flat-screen TV, or gather around the propane grill and fire pit (firewood not provided) for a cozy evening. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, The Lakehouse provides easy access to the water's edge, where you can swim, relax, and enjoy the abundant wildlife, including deer, foxes, and a variety of birds. While the nearby boat ramp is currently closed due to lake levels, there are plenty of other ways to experience the beauty of Canyon Lake. Guests must be 25 or older to rent, and no pets or smoking are allowed. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles, and outdoor areas are monitored by video cameras. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. An electronic rental agreement and renter's ID and credit card are required prior to check-in.
