The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for large groups: Bedroom 1 features a King bed and an ensuite bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed and an ensuite bath with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 provides a King bed and a shared-ensuite bath accessible from the hall. Bedroom 4 is the ultimate group room, featuring a King bed, Queen bed, Twin bed, two Twin-over-Twin bunks, and a Twin trundle, with an adjacent full bath featuring a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for relaxing wind-down time.

Enjoy a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living with an open main living area for conversation and a waterfront patio complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill. The property is built for lake lovers, featuring a covered dock with a boat lift (boats under 24' and max 5,000 lbs) and two jet ski ramps. Practical details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that stairs are required to access the home. Parking is available in the driveway for approximately 3-4 vehicles, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests must be 21+ to book. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. To maintain the property, guests are asked to remove trash and run the dishwasher upon departure.
