• Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs permitted (no cats, aggressive breeds, or puppies under 1 year). A non-refundable pet fee of $175.39 applies. Dogs must be leashed outside.
• Requirements: Government-issued ID, credit card, signed rental agreement, and check-in form are required prior to arrival. Property insurance covering $3,000 in accidental damage is required for every booking.
• Restrictions: Boat trailers are not permitted on the property. No glass allowed near the pool area.
