The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space: three bedrooms each feature a king-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom offers two full-over-full bunk beds. Additionally, the dedicated game room includes a twin-over-twin trundle bed, making it a versatile spot for kids or additional crew members. The master suite includes an en-suite full bathroom, while the other rooms share access to the remaining full bathrooms.

Inside, the open floor concept connects a plush living room with a 65" Smart TV to a fully stocked chef's kitchen. This culinary space is equipped with high-end stainless appliances, a large island with high seating, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. For entertainment, the game room is jam-packed with a pool table, board games, and a Smart TV.

The spectacular resort-style backyard is where the home truly shines. Cannonball into the private pool by day, then soak under the stars in the hot tub. The outdoor area is built for crowds, featuring an outdoor bar with a TV, a BBQ grill, a fire pit for cooler evenings, and a patio dining area. For those with a competitive streak, the yard includes putt-putt, corn hole, and bocce ball.
