The site features a concrete pad approximately 30x80 in size and is configured to accommodate up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bed. To ensure an effortless stay, the site provides full hookups, including sewer and electrical connections with 30/50/100 AMP utility setups.

Before arrival, guests must provide the RV year, make, model, and photos for approval. Rare exceptions to the age requirement must be requested and approved in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with these standards may result in denied entry or cancellation without refund.
