• Minimum booking age: 21
• Pets: Not allowed
• Quiet Time: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per City Ordinance. Violations may result in fines: $250 for the first offense, $500 for the second. If police are called, a $500 fine applies regardless of whether a citation is issued, and guests are responsible for any additional legal fees.
• Occupancy: Base rates are for double occupancy; additional guests beyond two are charged $35 per person, per night.
