About Property

Experience Hill Country charm and refined comfort at Firefly Luxury RV Resort, an upscale RV and tiny home community located in the heart of Fredericksburg, Texas. This resort-style destination provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, situated less than a mile from the famed Luckenbach, making it an ideal home base for your next Texas adventure.

Lot 137 is a dedicated RV site designed for those who bring their own luxury rig. The space is configured as a back-in site featuring a stable concrete pad. To ensure an effortless stay, the lot is equipped with full hookups, including 50/30/20 amp fully electric connections, along with water and sewer services.

While the site provides the essential infrastructure for your vehicle, guests enjoy access to the resort’s full range of luxury amenities, which are specifically designed to elevate the RV experience with modern conveniences typical of a high-end retreat. Whether you are looking to sip and savor at local wineries, breweries, and distilleries, explore the unique boutiques along Main Street, or two-step the night away in Luckenbach, Firefly places you moments away from everything that makes Fredericksburg such a beloved destination.

To preserve the luxury resort environment and ensure a consistent guest experience, strict RV eligibility requirements are enforced. All RVs must be commercially manufactured, in clean and presentable condition, and must be a 2015 model year or newer. Pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, or hybrid campers are strictly prohibited. Guests are required to provide the RV year, make/model, and photos for approval prior to arrival. Exceptions to the age requirement are rare and must be requested and approved in writing before booking. Non-compliant vehicles may be denied entry by the gate guard without a refund.
