About Property

Discover the ultimate Texas Hill Country getaway at Firefly Luxury RV Resort, an upscale RV and tiny home community located in Fredericksburg, Texas. Perfectly blending comfort and convenience, this resort-style destination is nestled less than a mile from the famed Luckenbach, where your RV adventure meets refined comfort.

This reservation is for an RV site only, meaning guests must provide their own vehicle. The site is configured to accommodate up to 6 guests and features 1 bedroom with 1 bed. To ensure an effortless stay, each site is equipped with custom concrete pads and full onsite RV hookups, including 50/30/20 amp connections with water, sewer, and power.

While general amenities are limited to the site hookups, guests enjoy access to the resort's high-end retreat facilities designed to elevate the outdoor experience. These include a stunning infinity pool, a stylish clubhouse, and a large covered dining and seating area featuring an outdoor fireplace and TV. For additional convenience, the resort provides a dog park, a BBQ area, and on-site laundry facilities.

Located in the heart of Fredericksburg, Firefly places you moments from the city's most beloved attractions. You can spend your days sipping and savoring at local wineries, breweries, and distilleries, exploring the unique boutiques along Main Street, or two-stepping the night away in Luckenbach.

To preserve the luxury resort environment and ensure a consistent guest experience, strict RV eligibility requirements are enforced. All RVs must be commercially manufactured, in clean and presentable condition, and be a 2015 model year or newer. Pop-up, truck, slide-in, tent, or hybrid campers are strictly prohibited. To verify compliance, guests must provide the RV year, make, model, and photos prior to arrival. Exceptions to the age requirement are rare and require prior written approval. Please note that any RV not meeting these standards upon arrival may be denied entry by the gate guard without a refund.
