A second downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed. Upstairs, you will find another king master suite with its own bathroom, as well as three enchanting themed rooms: a Disney Princess room with carriage beds and a Jack-N-Jill bathroom, a Toy Story room with two twin beds, and a Harry Potter themed twin bedroom. A comfy upstairs lounge with a TV provides an additional space for relaxation.

The heart of the home is a fully appointed kitchen featuring newer appliances, including an electric glass top stove, a refrigerator with filtered water and ice, and a convenient bar area. The main level also includes a formal dining area, a relaxing lounge, and a motion-lighted foyer. For entertainment, the garage has been converted into a game room complete with a full-size pool table, air hockey, foosball, and darts.

Step outside to a south-facing lanai where you can enjoy a newly resurfaced private pool and spa, complemented by new nighttime lighting and plenty of lounging chairs. For safety, netting is provided for little ones.
