Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else such as mud outside of the entry way, food spills, damage to the property, damaged or stained linens, furniture damage, gouges in flooring, broken items, or anything requiring excessive cleaning. This house should only require 6 hours of cleaning between guests. If it takes longer after your stay you agree to be charged for the additional time.
