The arrangement is split between two unique homes: Highlands Vista offers 4 bedrooms, all of which are en-suite, featuring 3 King beds and 1 Queen bed. Vineyard Vista provides 3 bedrooms with 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds. Guests will find ample space to unwind across three separate living rooms and modern kitchen areas designed for entertaining.

While general amenities are tailored to your comfort, the properties boast exceptional room and outdoor details. Highlands Vista is defined by its mid-century modern design and breathtaking views of the valley. Vineyard Vista has been newly renovated to maintain a fresh, sophisticated feel. Outside, you can enjoy the 10-feet deep solar-heated pool (available May-October) and private hot tubs located at both properties. For group dining, the pool deck features a large outdoor table that seats 12.

Situated just 7 minutes from Sonoma Plaza, you are in close proximity to the region's finest wineries and restaurants. Please be aware that these homes are located on a rural road, and there is a short drive or a 5-minute uphill walk between the two houses.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests
• Parking: Up to 4 cars at Highlands Vista and 3 cars at Vineyard Vista
• Pets: One dog is welcome at Highlands Vista; other animals require specific Beaux Maison approval
• Age requirement: Must be 25 years of age to rent
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Restrictions: No events, parties, commercial photography, or amplified outdoor music
• Pool Heating: Solar-heated May-October. For heating between November-April, 48 hours notice and a fee of $150 per day are required
• Additional: A decibel monitor is installed in common areas and outside; a signed rental agreement is required to confirm reservations
