Discover your perfect home away from home at this comfortable retreat in Paradise Palms Resort, where grown-ups get king beds, kids get their own rooms, and everyone gets the pool! This spacious sanctuary in Kissimmee, Florida, is designed for families to spread out and relax, offering a seamless blend of private luxury and resort-style excitement.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to accommodate up to 14 guests. The layout includes three king bedrooms—featuring a main suite with a private bathroom, a second king room with its own private bath, and a third king bedroom with a shared bathroom. For children and cousins, there is a room featuring two full beds and another room with two twin beds, both utilizing shared bathrooms. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone to feel at ease.

The living areas are designed for togetherness, featuring a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family breakfasts, alongside comfortable dining and living spaces. For your convenience, the home includes a full laundry area. Outside, you can enjoy your very own private pool; heating is available for an additional fee if requested at least 48 hours before arrival.

Located within the gated Paradise Palms Resort, guests have access to the community clubhouse and its large resort-style pool. The location is ideal for exploring the magic of Florida, situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World, 30 minutes from Universal, and 25 minutes from the Premium Outlets. For essentials, Walmart is a quick 9-minute drive away. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is roughly 35–40 minutes by car.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21+ to reserve and provide matching ID and payment method
• Guest List: A full list of names is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival for resort access
• House Rules: No pets, no parties, and no smoking indoors
• Additional Info: A $10 delivery fee applies. Grill rentals are available for a separate fee. Pool heating is limited to 86°F.
