The sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort and flexibility, accommodating up to 5 guests. The primary bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers versatile sleeping options with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and access to a separate full bathroom. For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area.

Guests enjoy access to the premium Storm Meadows Club facilities, including a heated pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, a sauna, and seasonal tennis and pickleball courts. Practical conveniences include a private ski locker and a winter shuttle service that connects you to the base area and downtown Steamboat.

Located in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the property offers exceptional ski-in/ski-out access via a short 150-yard trail to Right-O-Way. Downtown Steamboat is located approximately 3.6 miles away. Please note that while fans are provided, A/C is not available as mountain breezes typically suffice.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Parking: Parking spaces are included
• Fireplace: Seasonal operation from November to May
• Note: Snow conditions may impact trail access. Additionally, active construction is occurring near the Storm Meadows / Bronze Tree complex, which may result in occasional noise and truck activity on Storm Meadows Drive.
