The interior features a large kitchen equipped with modern appliances and a convenient breakfast bar that overlooks the living area, making entertaining a breeze. For relaxing downtime, the living space is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, complete with a TV, DVD player, a large sofa, and two armchairs. Step outside onto the private balcony, where a southern exposure provides what are considered the best two views in Steamboat.

While the home provides a private sanctuary, guests have access to the impressive facilities of the Torian Plum Condominiums. These include:

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is at 4:00 PM via the Torian Plum Front Desk, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental, on balconies, and in all common areas. Pets are not allowed. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, camper vans cannot be accommodated. Families may request pack n plays and highchairs for their use. Be advised that construction in the area is expected to begin in May of 2026. Additionally, the property does not participate in sports team events or discounts.
