The living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a warm gas fireplace situated next to a mounted flatscreen TV with a soundbar and DVD player, offering plenty of seating for the entire family. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy an evening drink while taking in fantastic views of the south Yampa valley, the Steamboat Ski area, and the pool.

Located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, the property is nestled next to the loading points for both the Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square gondolas, making slope access a breeze. Practical information for your stay includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please be aware that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rental, on balconies, and in all common areas. Pets are not allowed. Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, camper vans cannot be accommodated. Please note that the property does not participate in sports team events or discounts, and there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
