The home is thoughtfully arranged across three levels. The top floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, features the main bedroom with a Queen bed, a small private deck, and a full bathroom. The main floor serves as the heart of the home, boasting a cozy living area with comfortable seating, a dining area, and a kitchen illuminated by a skylight that covers the entire space. This level also includes a full bath featuring a one-of-a-kind rustic walk-in shower. On the bottom floor, you will find a second bedroom equipped with a full-over-Queen bunk bed, a half bathroom, and the laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Outside, the property is designed for rejuvenation. You can spend your evenings soaking in the private hot tub located under a covered deck area or dining outdoors while listening to the creek. The exterior also includes a driveway with parking for two vehicles and a BBQ area.

Located in the center of town, the Soda Creek Haus is an easy walk or bike ride to Lincoln Avenue, where you will find numerous shops and restaurants. For those attending the Winter Carnival Street Events in February, the location is ideal. The property is also served by the Steamboat free city bus yellow line; simply call the service to be picked up at the house and transported to the main line bus stop for a ride to the ski area.
