This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sits right off the Stampede trail, offering true ski-in/ski-out access and easy reach to the Steamboat Resort and Base Area for skiing, riding, hiking, or biking.

This mountain retreat comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The space features mountain-style furnishings and cozy accents that create an authentic alpine atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen showcases brand-new 2024 appliances and offers dining for 5, while the living area includes a smart TV and stone-feature gas fireplace for relaxing after the slopes. Step out onto your private third-floor balcony to enjoy stunning South Valley views.

Guests enjoy exceptional amenities including two community hot tubs, a sauna, and an on-site fitness room. The condo provides all essential comforts with a full kitchen featuring refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Additional conveniences include a washer, WiFi, heating, and complete bed linens. The bathroom offers a bathtub plus quality amenities including hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

The location offers prime ski access with a 100-yard access trail to Stampede, allowing you to ski right to the building. Downtown Steamboat Springs sits just 3.5 miles away, accessible via complimentary winter shuttle service or a quick drive to explore shopping, dining, and the area's Western heritage. Guests receive exclusive discounts on lift tickets, rentals, and Snowsports School through Retreatia.

One parking space is included on premises (trailers not permitted). Starting July 1, 2025, the HOA will charge a $20 per-night parking fee. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. All guests must check in at the Ski Inn office at 2350 Ski Trail Ln before accessing the unit. Please note that ski access conditions may vary, especially early or late in the season, and the gas fireplace is seasonal (unavailable May through November). Air conditioning is not available, which is typical for Steamboat Springs, though fans are provided.
