Inside, the interior exudes a warm mountain lodge feel with unique woodwork, alpine décor, and cozy furnishings. The living space is entertainment-ready with a large TV featuring cable, Apple TV, and streaming capabilities. For those who enjoy home-cooked meals, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prep for the mountain, while the dining area comfortably seats four for meals, games, and gathering.

Location & Neighborhood: The Hacienda boasts an unbeatable location with direct ski-in access and a short walk to the lifts and gondolas at the Steamboat Base Area. When you want to explore the town, downtown Steamboat Springs is just 3.6 miles away—a convenient trip of less than 10 minutes by car or shuttle.

• Entry: Key entry. Check-in must be completed in person at the off-site Retreatia Office (1585 Mid Valley Dr, Suite 12A).

Important Property Notes: Building access is on the 5th floor from the parking lot, with an elevator servicing floors 3 through 6. Please be aware that stairs are required to reach the hot tub (located off Level 3) and the ski slopes. The gas fireplace is seasonal and is shut off from May through November. Air conditioning is not available, though fans are provided. Additionally, please note that local snow conditions may impact ski-in/ski-out access early or late in the season.
