Designed for larger families and groups, the home features a warm and functional layout with generous gathering spaces. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 8 guests: the primary bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, the first guest bedroom features a versatile Captain’s Bunk Bed (Queen on bottom, Full on top), and the second guest bedroom provides a comfortable Queen bed. Please note that the loft is not available for guest use.

Inside, you will find a relaxed mountain feel with an open-concept living area that flows onto a spacious deck. Here, you can soak in the private hot tub while taking in sweeping views of the town and the majestic Baldy Mountain. The townhome is equipped with practical comforts, including in-unit laundry and garage parking.

Beyond the private unit, guests enjoy access to the newly remodeled Upper Village heated outdoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs located adjacent to the complex. Please be aware that the Upper Village Pool undergoes seasonal maintenance from April 19 to May 22 and again from September 14 to November 21.

Located in one of the most desirable areas of town, you can easily walk to skiing, dining, shopping, and nightlife.

• Rules: No pets, no smoking, and no air conditioning
• Access: No elevator; multiple flights of stairs are required both outside and within the unit
• Requirements: An e-signed rental agreement is required before access is granted. Check-in is completed at the Main Street office location.
• Supplies: A basic starter pack of toiletries, paper products, and detergents is provided. Guests should bring their own coffee, spices, and food items.
