For additional flexibility, the living room provides a Queen sleeper sofa. Each of the two main bedrooms is designed as a warm, private retreat with its own gas fireplace and flat-screen TV.

This recently refurbished home blends mountain charm with modern comfort, featuring beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the dining and living areas. The inviting living room is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air from the sunny main deck or the smaller private deck off the primary bedroom.

While there are no general amenities listed for the property itself, guests have access to the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs located approximately 150 yards away. Please note that these facilities are closed from September 14, 2025, to November 21, 2025, and from April 19, 2026, to May 22, 2026.

• Rules: No pets, no smoking, and no air conditioning.
• Accessibility: No elevator access; multiple flights of stairs are required both outside and within the unit.
• Requirements: An e-signed rental agreement is required before access is granted.
