Please keep in mind that the sofa sleeper is not recommended for adult guests.

Guests can enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals. For entertainment, the home is equipped with two flatscreen TVs—a 40-inch screen in the living room and a 20-inch screen in the bedroom—along with free WiFi to keep everyone connected.

Hiking and biking trails are located right outside of your retreat, and the area offers a multitude of activities for the whole family to enjoy. For those heading to the slopes, the property is situated on the official Winter Park shuttle route, allowing you to leave your vehicle behind and easily access town amenities and ski lifts.

Practical details include access to a shared heated garage for your parking needs. Entry is secure and straightforward via a keypad access code located to the left of the garage; once the green light confirms your code, simply rotate the deadbolt to enter. Your unit is conveniently located as the first door on the right after walking up one flight of stairs.
