Set on a half-acre of fenced land less than a mile from downtown, this cozy retreat blends spiritual tranquility with the raw beauty of the San Luis Valley.

The home is designed for openness and is full of natural light. The spacious living and dining area is ideal for family meals, sipping morning coffee, or star gazing from the comfort of the couch. Upstairs, a versatile loft looks over the living area through feature windows, providing an excellent spot to take in the views while using the work area or enjoying entertainment on the television. The sleeping arrangements consist of 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, accommodating up to 5 guests. The second-floor Master bedroom features a king bed, a desk and workstation, a lounge chair, and an attached half bathroom. This room opens onto a private deck with incredible views of Mt Challenger and the Crestone Needle. Downstairs, two spacious bedrooms feature queen beds and workstations, with direct access to the backyard dining and BBQ area. One of these rooms includes a laundry station, making the property an excellent choice for extended stays, while the other includes a small fold-out twin sofa sleeper.

Outdoor spaces are designed for mindfulness and connection. The yard serves as a giant walking meditation garden with spiral pathways, while the front porch offers a bistro table for yoga and morning tea. For evening relaxation, the backyard terrace features a large table perfect for creating art, sunset dinners, and stargazing.
