Designed to accommodate up to 11 guests, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out: the primary bedroom boasts a king bed, a comfortable twin daybed, a TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 contains two full-size beds, while bedroom 3 features two twin beds, and bedroom 4 offers one queen bed; each of these guest rooms includes a tall mirror and a closet. The second bathroom is equipped with a double vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring a large private backyard perfect for entertaining. Guests can enjoy a complimentary hot tub, a cozy fire pit for evening gatherings, and two shaded gazebos for all-day comfort. The space also includes lounge chaises for sunbathing and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill for al fresco meals. For those visiting during the cooler months (October 15 to May 15), an optional heated pool is available for an additional fee of $75 per day.

To ensure a truly stress-free stay, there are no checkout chores—no need to strip beds or do laundry. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in at 11:00 AM is available for $145, subject to availability. Pets are welcome with prior approval (up to 2 dogs) for a $50 fee per pet, though we ask that pets stay out of the three carpeted bedrooms. Please note that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and an exterior security camera is located at the front entrance.
