• Key Pickup: Keys must be retrieved from the lockbox (labeled COCM31) at the Copper Office located at 189 Ten Mile Circle, Unit 102.
• Parking: Free parking for key pick-up after 2 PM is available in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot.
• Check-out Process: Leave both keys on the counter and return one to the Copper office lockbox before departure.
