About Property

Escape to the Retro Chic Roundhouse Retreat, a one-of-a-kind single-level home in Breckenridge, Colorado, where modern style meets breathtaking mountain and ski slope views. This unique getaway is perfectly positioned north of town, providing easy access to Frisco, Copper, and Keystone, and is just a 5-minute drive from the Gondola and downtown.

Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, the home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The heart of the home is the rounded main living room, which boasts wall-to-wall windows for amazing mountain vistas, a cozy wood-burning stove, and a closet full of games. For those who love to cook, the well-appointed kitchen is equipped with a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances. This entire living and dining area can be closed off via a pocket door, creating a quiet separation from the family-friendly side of the house, which includes a second living room with a smart TV and stereo.

Sleeping quarters are thoughtfully designed for comfort. The primary bedroom features a luxurious en suite bathroom complete with a double vanity, a jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. An additional guest bedroom also includes its own en suite bathroom. For added recreation, the heated 2-car garage serves as a bonus lounge with a smart TV, Bluetooth music connection, darts, and a loop game.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this retreat, where you can unwind on the wraparound deck or soak in the private hot tub. The home is kept cozy year-round with geothermal heating throughout.

Explore the natural beauty of Breckenridge with the Gold Hill Trailhead just 2 miles away or the Cucumber Gulch Wildlife Preserve approximately five miles away—perfect for spotting moose, elk, and beavers. You can also book a tee time at the Breckenridge Golf Club or enjoy paddleboarding at Lake Dillon Reservoir. Local coffee shops, breweries, and bistros are all within a quick drive.
