About Property

Welcome to Winterset 8, your pet-friendly home away from home in the heart of mountain village! This large townhome offers an inviting escape in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, providing plenty of room for the whole family to relax and recharge.

This spacious residence is configured with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The layout spans four levels, including the garage. The main level features an open-space living, dining, and kitchen area. The newly updated kitchen provides ample counter space with a breakfast bar for 4, while the dining room seats 6 at a large table. In the living room, you can cuddle up on a large wrap-around couch by the gas fireplace and enjoy the big screen TV.

Two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen—share an ensuite bathroom, though each maintains its own private vanity area. A spiral staircase leads to the loft, which offers a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and its own ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, with three separate decks. The large front deck features a private hot tub, perfect for soaking after a day on the slopes or adventuring around town, while the main level offers additional decks with outdoor seating to enjoy expansive mountain views.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in the heart of mountain village, the property is incredibly convenient for skiers and explorers. A free city bus stop is located only steps away, whisking guests to the slopes in less than 5 minutes or to downtown Steamboat in approximately 25 minutes.
