Experience the perfect mountain getaway at this warm and inviting condo in Timber Run, located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Ideally suited for families or small groups, this retreat offers a seamless blend of mountain comfort and modern convenience, situated just blocks from the slopes and the vibrant energy of Steamboat Resort.

The residence is thoughtfully configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary suite serves as a private sanctuary featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom provides flexibility with two twin beds, with a full bathroom located conveniently just across the hall. For additional guests, the living area includes a leather queen sleeper sofa.

Designed for relaxation and togetherness, the living space invites you to kick back on the leather sofa or armchair and enjoy the cozy ambiance of the gas fireplace. The home also features a private patio, perfect for sipping morning coffee or unwinding during après-ski relaxation in the fresh alpine air. For those who love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen comes equipped with a breakfast bar for three and a dining table that seats six.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the Timber Run complex provides an array of shared facilities to enhance your stay:
