Bedroom 1 offers a King bed, while Bedroom 2 provides a Twin over Full bunk bed. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa. Every sleeping space is outfitted with luxury linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The well-equipped kitchen serves as the heart of the home, perfect for preparing everything from quick snacks to full family dinners.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. For your convenience, two parking passes and spaces are included. Please note that air conditioning is not available, as it is rare in Steamboat; however, fans are provided throughout the unit. Pets are not allowed. Entry is seamless via a secure E-lock digital system, with a unique access code provided before your arrival. Please be aware that the HOA has scheduled maintenance for the pool and hot tub starting Monday, October 27, 2025, with a projected reopening by the end of November.
