For additional guests, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living area.

The interior is defined by a striking open-concept design, highlighted by soaring 25-foot vaulted ceilings that span the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Guests can unwind by the cozy gas fireplace in the living room or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The home also includes practical conveniences such as a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as cable TV and WiFi to keep you connected.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A large, oversized wraparound deck provides stunning mountain views and features a private hot tub and a gas grill, ideal for mountain BBQ nights and soaking after a day on the slopes.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Check-in Process: In-person check-in is required at the Retreatia Office to collect the physical hard key.
• Parking: Includes a private garage and 2 parking passes.
• Restrictions: No pets and no smoking are permitted on the property.
• Seasonal Notes: The gas fireplace is turned off from May through September. Please note that there is no A/C, as is common in Steamboat; however, fans are provided for your comfort.
