For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen boasts a modern design with generous counter space, complemented by a dining table that seats six and a breakfast bar with seating for three. Step outside to the covered patio to breathe in the fresh alpine air and take in the mountain views.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to a full shared bathroom. For additional guests, the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa.

While the property provides a private sanctuary, guests have access to resort-style facilities at Timber Run, including:

• Heated outdoor pool
• Three outdoor hot tubs
• Summer-use tennis courts
• Community BBQ grills and picnic area
• Winter shuttle to the ski area and local attractions
• Complimentary in-town winter shuttle for Retreatia guests (December–March)

Located just 0.5 miles from the Steamboat Ski Area and 0.25 miles from the free city bus stop, you are only a short drive from downtown. Please note that air conditioning is not included, as is common in Steamboat, though fans are provided. The gas fireplace is shut off from May to November.

Practical details include a private ski locker, two parking spaces with included passes, and a secure E-lock system for seamless keyless entry. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please be advised that pets are not allowed. Note that the pool and hot tub will be closed for maintenance from Monday, October 27, 2025, through the end of November.
