This configuration comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Inside, natural light streams through large picture windows and a sliding glass door, highlighting a warm and inviting living area. You can unwind on the leather sofa and plush loveseat in front of the large flat-screen TV or relax by the cozy gas fireplace. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for everything from quick snacks to gourmet meals, featuring a bar that seats two and a dining table that seats six.

Beyond the interior, you will find a private patio and the convenience of a large laundry closet with a full-size stackable washer/dryer. Parking is seamless with two passes provided: one for a private, heated one-car garage and one for an exterior space. As part of the Quail Run community, guests enjoy access to a shared hot tub, playground, and a 9-foot shuffleboard.
