This inviting layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured for families or small groups: the primary bedroom offers a luxurious King bed with ensuite bathroom and private balcony access, while the second bedroom provides a Queen bed and Twin-over-Twin bunk beds along with a dedicated work desk. For additional guests, the living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa.

Located in a peaceful and well-maintained complex, you are just 0.1 miles from the base area and one block from the Gondola. The property is steps away from local shops, dining, and trails, and is just 3.5 miles from downtown Steamboat Springs, making it easy to explore the area's famous hot springs and local markets.

For a seamless stay, please note that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent and are required to check in person at the on-site front desk located at 2700 Village Drive before proceeding to the condo. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure a relaxing environment for all, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please be advised that smoking and pets are not permitted, and trailers are not allowed in the parking area. Note that the unit does not have A/C and the gas fireplace is available for seasonal use.
