Inside, you will find an open concept layout with a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area brimming with alpine charm. The kitchen was updated in 2023 with stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for your convenience, featuring bar seating with 4 stools and a dining table that seats 5, providing plenty of space to gather and share the day's stories. For relaxation, the living area is equipped with a Smart TV and a gas fireplace, available from November through April. Other room-specific comforts include a portable A/C unit in the living room and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located in a prime spot, the condo is only 3 blocks from the Steamboat Resort's skiing, biking, dining, and shops, and is 3.6 miles from downtown Steamboat. Guests can take advantage of the Winter Season Retreatia Shuttle and free city bus access.
