Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM via self-check-in with a keypad code, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome (maximum of 2 dogs) with a $50 pet fee. To protect your stay, guests choose between a $150 refundable security deposit or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40). Please note that this is an older, well-kept building; while clean and inviting, the cosmetics are not new-build. Additionally, the King bed is positioned near the hallway entry, so light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs. There is no A/C in the unit, which is rarely needed at an elevation of 9,375 ft.
