Nestled on nearly 2 acres just 1 mile from Purgatory Resort, this spacious 4,000-square-foot retreat offers unparalleled privacy and seclusion, with Little Cascade Creek running adjacent to the property and the serene Columbine Lake just a 10-minute walk away.

Inside, the home boasts an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and a game room complete with a ping-pong table, 55" TV, and board games. With 4 well-appointed bedrooms, including a main-floor master suite and a second master on the ground floor, this home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups.

Outdoors, you'll find a gas grill on the deck, as well as a 17' canoe and 2 kayaks for exploring the scenic waterways. And with Starlink high-speed internet throughout, you can stay connected during your stay.

Please note that 4WD/AWD and snow tires are required during the winter months (Thanksgiving through late March), and chains can be rented locally. Pets are not allowed, but we're happy to offer discounts on a variety of summer and winter activities in the area.
