On the lower level, you will find two guest rooms with king beds (one of which is convertible to XL twins upon request), a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a cozy lounge featuring a sleeper sofa and backyard access. The second guest bedroom adds extra warmth with its own gas fireplace and sliding doors leading to the outdoor firepit.

• Cancellation: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount.
