Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). For arrivals within 30 days, full payment is required. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation; those made more than 30 days in advance forfeit the initial $300 payment. For stays of 30+ nights, this window increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
