The sleeping arrangements include a Master bedroom with a King bed and TV, a second bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and single-over-single bunk beds and a TV, and a Queen pull-out sofa in the main living space.

Guests can enjoy a cozy evening by the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided) or step out onto the deck to take in the stunning slope views. The interior is thoughtfully appointed with room-specific details including a fully stocked kitchen, a washer/dryer for convenience, and TVs in each bedroom.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the building provides essential conveniences such as an assigned covered parking space on the 2nd floor and access to two year-round hot tubs. Please note that AC is not provided, as it is uncommon at this elevation; however, temperatures are easily managed with fans and open windows during the cool mountain nights.
