The home is designed for group comfort and connection, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total capacity for 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure privacy and comfort: the first floor hosts a master ensuite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a king bed, and a third bedroom with a queen bed. For additional guests, a second-floor loft located above the kitchen provides two twin beds.

Inside, you will find an interior design that is spacious, warm, and welcoming. The great room is defined by vaulted ceilings and a stunning rock floor-to-ceiling fire hearth, creating an inviting space for cool mountain nights. It is approximately 18 miles to Ouray Hot Springs, 19 miles to Box Cañon Falls, and 38 miles to the Telluride Ski Resort. The surrounding area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to hiking, off-roading, and hot springs.

Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 dogs max; a fee of $40 per day applies, capped at a $250 maximum. A fenced dog area is available on-site. Parking is available for 4 regular-size vehicles, or 2 vehicles and 2 trailers up to 16 ft. Please note that the driveway is narrow and single-lane with a turnaround; 4WD is required from November through April.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable $300 payment is required at booking (refundable only within 72 hours of booking). For arrivals within 30 days, payment in full is required. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire reservation amount, while those made more than 30 days in advance only forfeit the initial $300. For stays of 30 nights or more, the policy increases to 60 days. Travel insurance is available.
