This sprawling retreat is designed for versatility, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The property consists of three main cabins arranged in a cozy U-shape around a central courtyard perfect for campfires. The John Wayne Cabin serves as a spacious hub with two King bedrooms, a loft with a futon, and a living room featuring a queen memory foam pull-out sofa. The Annie Oakley and Walt Longmire Cabins each provide a private sanctuary with one King bedroom, a bathroom, and a living room with a queen memory foam pull-out sofa. For the young or young-at-heart, the Buffalo Bill Bunkhouse is a dry cabin equipped with two sets of sturdy bunk beds.

Beyond the sleeping quarters, the Rodeo Room acts as the heart of entertainment, serving as a gathering space and game room complete with shuffle board, air hockey, foosball, board games, and a TV. Guests can also enjoy wrap-around decks with ample outdoor seating and dining tables to take in the beautiful mountain views and amazing sunsets.

Located on 2.5 private acres, you will experience the spacious feeling of the country while remaining only a five-minute drive from the airport and downtown Cody. Known as the greatest cowboy town in the US, downtown Cody offers nightly summer rodeos, diverse shopping, dining, and the Buffalo Bill Center of the West. The surrounding area is a playground for outdoor enthusiasts, offering fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and off-roading.
