Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a quiet community where guests are expected to maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please note that pets are absolutely not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the property or within 20 feet of the building per Utah State Law. To maintain the home, all outer footwear must be removed upon entry. No street parking is permitted at any time. A $2,000 security deposit hold will be applied to the card on file the day before arrival. Cancellations made more than 61 days prior to arrival will be refunded 96% of total booking charges; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 61 days.
