Designed to be the ultimate basecamp for your next adventure, this well-appointed home offers an inviting atmosphere where nearly every room boasts a beautiful view of the Tetons, ensuring the mountains are always within sight.

The home is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 10 guests with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing ample room for everyone to stretch out. The sleeping arrangements are distributed across two levels for maximum privacy. On the upper floor, the Master Bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The second upstairs bedroom offers a Queen bed with its own en suite and mountain views, while the third upstairs bedroom provides a Queen bed and a crib with a shared hallway bathroom and Teton views. The fourth upstairs bedroom contains two twin beds and also utilizes the shared hallway bathroom. For additional flexibility, the basement bedroom includes a Queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunkbed with an attached bathroom.

Guests can relax both indoors and out, taking advantage of back and side decks and a generous yard. A luxurious hot tub completes the outdoor experience, providing unobscured views of the mountain range.

Location & Neighborhood Situated in a peaceful community in Driggs, Idaho, the property is surrounded by scenic vistas. Guests have access to the common areas for non-destructive activities such as walking, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing. Please note that the community fire pond is strictly for fire safety and is not for recreational use or swimming.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the harmony of this residential community, guests must adhere to the following policies:

• No pets allowed
• No events permitted
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM
• Maximum of 4 vehicles parked at the property
• No motor homes, RVs, boats, or trailers permitted in the driveway or on community streets
• 20 mph speed limit within the neighborhood
• No off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, or loud motorcycles during quiet hours
• Lighting must be turned off when the property is unoccupied

Additional Notes: The home is for vacation purposes only. The television is streaming capable (guests provide logins), and there is no air conditioning. Linens provided include one body towel and washcloth per sleeping space, plus a hand towel and bath mat per bathroom.
